    Pilot PhD Science® K–5 curriculum

    Pilot PhD Science in your school and watch as your classroom transforms into a hands-on, student-driven environment where students learn to think and act like real scientists.

    PhD Science is a phenomenon-based, K–5 curriculum that inspires students to wonder about the world and empowers them to make sense of it. Depending on what grade levels you pilot, the program may include:

    What is a pilot program?

    The PhD Science pilot program is designed for schools interested in testing the curriculum before they commit to a full implementation. Pilot program costs vary based on grade level and needs for implementation, however, K–2 teacher and student materials are free as an open educational resource.
