On-Demand Professional Development courses provide an asynchronous learning experience for a number of Eureka Math PD sessions. The courses are self-paced and designed for participants to engage with materials using interactive videos, professional readings, assignments, and opportunities for reflection. Active participation and engagement are required for participants to complete the courses and have the most complete professional learning experience.
This on-demand session develops educators' understanding of fluency practices in Eureka Math. Participants learn more about the curriculum's instructional tools in the curriculum that support students' fluency in mathematics.
These on-demand courses provide teachers with a deep dive into the content in grades 3–5. Participants gain a deeper understanding of the coherence and rigor of Eureka Math and can internalize a process for developing and extending content knowledge.
I will look more closely and thoughtfully at the content before I teach it. I will also now be on the hunt for things that are new and different through the eyes of my students.
Licenses are available in quantities that can support both a school or a district.
No, these asynchronous sessions were created and recorded specifically for on-demand professional development.
The courses are available through Canvas.
Your Great Minds representative will guide you through the process. To expedite your request please be prepared to share your email domain (all licenses will be restricted by domain) and the name of the person you would like to have designated as the Canvas Administrator for your school or district. Your Canvas Administrator will be the primary point of contact for Great Minds on the order and they will be notified when the courses are ready to be accessed.
Approximately 5 business days after a purchase order has been received and processed the Great Minds digital implementation team will send your Canvas Administrator a welcome letter with details on how teachers can begin the self-enrollment process to start a course.
The Canvas administrator will share a link with teachers. Through that link, teachers will self-enroll in the courses using their first and last name and their school-provided email address.
Licenses provide access for one year to the on-demand sessions.
