Welcome

Eureka Math²
is a revolutionary Prekindergarten–Algebra I math program designed to advance equity by empowering students and teachers to build enduring mathematical knowledge. As you review the curriculum, you will explore the components that make up Eureka Math2. These include the Teach book for instructional guidance, the Learn book for student support, the Apply book for additional student practice, and more.

Program Overview Video

Teacher Materials

Teacher materials include previews of the Teacher Edition in English and Spanish, Data Talks, Performance Assessments, and manipulatives.

Within the Teach book, teachers will find an overview of the module, lesson planning notes, and just-in-time supports that provide information on promoting mathematical practice, Universal Design for Learning (UDL) suggestions, language support, and differentiation suggestions to account for learner variance.

Student Materials

Student materials include previews of the Learn book, Apply book, and context videos. The Learn book is a student's companion book to the instruction in the Teach book. It contains all the pages students need as educators implement each lesson

The Apply books give students more practice with the concepts learned in class in Levels 1–5. There are three components in Apply that support students in deepening their understanding of the concepts covered in the daily lesson: Family Math (included in the Prekindergarten and Kindergarten Learn book), Practice, and Practice Partners.

Digital Assets

The following digital resources (most also available in Spanish) further enhance student engagement as educators facilitate impactful lessons.

For Teachers

  • Digital Teach books with annotation tools assist teachers in planning ahead.
  • Customizable slide decks include everything a teacher needs to engage students in whole-group instruction and collaborative conversation.
  • Teacher-led digital interactives provide a focal point for core instruction.

For Students

  • To-do lists show all currently assigned tasks (Levels K–Algebra I).
  • Scored assignments and assessments allow students to see how their learning is progressing and feedback from their teacher.

The Eureka Math2 digital experience provides teachers with more flexibility during instruction and better visibility into student understanding.

Assessments

Teachers can assign assessments to individual students, groups of students, or entire classes of students, aiding in educator flexibility.

  • Educators can easily view and manage all digitally enhanced Eureka Math2 assessments such as Topic Quizzes and Module Assessments with a combination of auto- and manually-scored items, saving teachers valuable time.
  • For additional support in retention and enrichment, Math CatalystTM is available as an add-on purchase. Visit the Eureka Math2 Assessments page to learn more about what is included in Math Catalyst for Tier 1 practice and application, Tier 2 supplemental instruction, Tier 3 intensive instruction, and progress monitoring.

Reporting

Educators can gain insight into how students are progressing in their knowledge building through robust reports of administered assessments for individual students and classes.

  • Teacher dashboards provide an overview of completed assessments for their classes.
  • Enhanced visual reporting allows teachers to quickly see individual student needs and how students are progressing toward mastery of essential math content.
