Comprehensive English Language Arts
See what's included in Arts & Letters™, our comprehensive K–8 ELA curriculum
designed to empower educators, inspire joyful learning, and ignite student inquiry.

Teach Books
Each grade level includes four spiral-bound, full-color Teach books with complete lesson plans and clearly stated learning goals by lesson. Standards alignment details and teacher notes give educators in-the-moment support.

Learn Books
Each grade level includes four Learn books printed in color, one for each module. The student materials engage students and support instruction with graphic organizers, Module Tasks, knowledge statement pages, evidence organizers, End-of-Module Tasks, and more.

Prologue Books
Each grade level includes four Prologue™ books, one for each module. As a pre-teaching companion to core Arts & Letters lessons, Prologue supports K–8 multilingual learners and students with language needs by front-loading key content and language.

Trade Books
Arts & Letters students read authentic, knowledge-rich texts, blending literary, nonfiction, fine art, and multimedia texts in each module to engage all students in learning. In addition to trade books, each module contains a curated Volume of Reading that builds students’ knowledge and offers texts at varying levels of complexity.

Knowledge Deck Cards
Knowledge Deck™ Cards support students’ vocabulary learning and practice. Each card includes a key vocabulary term related to the module topic, with a student-friendly definition, part of speech, sample sentence, and image.

Classroom Posters
Classroom Posters support teaching and reinforce learning throughout Arts & Letters. Using classroom visual aids, students can connect reading and writing resources to knowledge.
