TIPS FOR SUCCESSFUL VIRTUAL MEETINGS
- Mute yourself when not speaking.
- Turn on your video camera.
- Remain in the meeting space.
- Type questions into the chat window.
- Consider using a headset. Internal microphones can pick up background noise.
- Make sure you have enough light as this can play a major role in how others are seeing you. Make sure the light source is not behind you and your room is well lit.
- When joining from home, choose a quiet location that won't distract you or your colleagues.
