Bitly is a link management tool that shortens web addresses and tracks link usage.

BrowserStack is a testing platform used to validate application compatibility across a range of browsers, operating systems, and devices.

Clever

Clever provides a single integration point for rostering, SSO, and LMS integrations for any school or district, as well as subprocessing for ClassLink, OneRoster, and CSV.

Formstack is a form provider used to build and host forms and surveys.

GeoGebra is a digital interactive provider.

Google Analytics is used to monitor customer usage and implementation trends as well as for product improvement purposes.

HubSpot provides email and website hosting services.

HubSpot is used to send transactional emails to users regarding updates and changes to our digital software. Our Digital Help Center is hosted through HubSpot’s Knowledge Base platform.

Pendo

Pendo visualizes usage data, delivers in-app notifications, and guides end users.

Pendo requires access to end user data to identify and segment customers. For example, we may need to deliver notifications to customers with a specific user role, within a specific region, or using a specific type of browser or device. User identification allows us to communicate relevant information to specific groups of users. Pendo analytics assist in measuring the effectiveness of our features and in-platform help.

Salesforce Service Cloud is a customer service platform used to receive, track, and resolve customer support tickets.
