In this session, we explore how thoughtful instructional design, grounded in Universal Design for Learning (UDL), honors those stories and meets the full range of learner variability, particularly for multilingual learners in mathematics classrooms. Participants will experience how UDL-aligned lesson features and intentional scaffolds (like UDL and Language Support tools) can reduce barriers and create more access to rigorous math instruction.
