How can you add tens to a 2-digit number? Join Ms. Lassiter for this lesson as students learn to recognize that when tens are added to a number, the number of ones remain the same. Students will need up to 40 counting objects, dimes and pennies, as well as a whiteboard and marker or pencil and paper. If you have access to a printer, we also suggest printing the Addition and Subtraction Cards template and Problem Set using the links below the video.
